• *About the Role**: We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive growth for our luxury interiors segment. If you have a background in premium hospitality or luxury hotel retail and possess strong relationships with HNIs, architects, and interior designers, this is an excellent opportunity to grow with a premium design-led brand.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving B2B and B2C sales for luxury interior products such as custom cushions, furniture, curtains, and soft furnishings. They will build and maintain strong relationships with HNIs, architects, interior designers, and high-end hospitality clients. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities in premium residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive B2B and B2C sales for luxury interior products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HNIs, architects, interior designers, and high-end hospitality clients.
• Identify new business opportunities in premium residential and commercial projects.

Requirements:
• 4-5 years of experience in luxury sales (preferably in hotel retail, interiors, or premium hospitality).
• Proven track record of high-value sales and strong industry networks.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Deep interest in luxury design, aesthetics, and customer experience.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai or Delhi.
• Highly motivated, self-starter with an entrepreneurial drive.
