Mumbai Showroom is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Interior Sales Professional. This role involves providing exceptional in-store experiences to our clientele, recommending suitable products, and maintaining a deep understanding of our collections and textile materials.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in textiles, preferably in home furnishings, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A flair for interior design, luxury retail, and sales aesthetics is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom with professionalism and warmth.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable product options.
• Presentation of product features, benefits, and care instructions effectively.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and collections.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by providing personalized service.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Handle billing, invoicing, and coordination with the back office for stock and delivery.
• Evaluate showroom appearance and ensure it is clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing at all times.
• Collect customer feedback and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with marketing teams for in-store promotions and events.

Candidate Requirements:
• Educational Qualification: Graduate degree in any discipline, with a preference for Fashion, Interior Design, or Textiles.
• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in showroom sales, preferably in carpets, rugs, or other home furnishing products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possess a passion for interior design, luxury retail, and sales aesthetics.
• Customer-focused mindset with a flair for sales and design.
• Well-groomed, confident, and presentable.
• Proficient in MS Office and POS systems.
