We are looking for a full-time Customer Service Officer to join our incredible team based in Sydney Olympic Park! The position comes with the flexibility to work from home 2 days each week.
This is a fast-paced role that is essential in ensuring that we deliver an exceptional experience for our customers. You will be responsible for dealing with internal and external customers each day. With our in-depth onsite training you will be able to confidently deal with any problems that may arise in relation to your customers.
In this role you will:
Diligently utilise systems, process and procedures to effectively manage calls and emails within the desired SLAs
Ensure all orders and invoices are completed accurately and in a timely manner
Perform inbound and outbound calling
Work closely with key stakeholders to escalate and resolve any customer issues
Provide customers with detailed and accurate information on products and services
Share important information with peers, leaders and other key stakeholders
Demonstrate Professional Selling Skills to cross sell and up sell Tassal’s products to new and existing customers
Complete all general administrative tasks with high attention to detail and accuracy
Utilise your prior customer service experience to interact with customers in a positive and constructive manner
Bring a solution focused and innovative mindset, making recommendations on systems, process and procedures as appropriate
Working rotational weekends (once every 6 weeks) and public holidays is required in this role.
About you
Sound knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office products, in particular Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams and OneNote
Exposure to ERP systems will be an advantage but full training will be provided
Ability to problem solve and bring effective resolutions to issues
Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction with a true desire to help our customers
Tech savvy and comfortable navigating multiple computer systems
Strong attention to detail
Confident and well spoken
Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Strong planning and organisational skills
Prior customer service experience
