Overview:
We are seeking a creative and dynamic Digital Marketing Executive to manage and enhance our social media presence and digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with followers, responding to social media queries, running email and social media campaigns, creating engaging content, and tracking digital performance through analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Social Media Management:
• Develop, schedule, and publish engaging day-to-day content (posts, stories, reels, videos, etc.) across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Actively engage with followers, respond to comments, direct messages, and queries in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams (designers, copywriters, etc.) to create relevant content.
• Campaign Management:
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, ensuring proper segmentation and performance tracking.
• Run social media campaigns, including paid advertising, to grow brand awareness and follower engagement.
• Manage social media reels and short video content, ensuring relevance and high engagement levels.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
• Respond to queries from followers, stakeholders, and partners professionally via social media and email.
• Maintain a positive community environment and address concerns or issues promptly.
• Analytics & Reporting:
• Monitor digital media performance, gather insights through analytics, and report on the performance of social media platforms and campaigns.
• Track and measure the success of digital campaigns and provide data-driven recommendations for improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
• Content Creation & Curation:
• Create compelling content, including graphics, text, videos, and other media formats.
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other creative professionals to maintain a consistent brand voice and identity.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related role.
• Proven experience in managing successful social media campaigns and content creation.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) and digital marketing tools.
• Proficient in using social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.
• Knowledge of analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other tools to track and analyze performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with video editing tools and content creation software.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
