L’offre

Hitachi Énergie est à la recherche d'un/une Directeur(trice) – Génie Manufacturier pour son usine de la Ville de Québec. Sous la responsabilité de la Directrice d’usine, le/la titulaire du poste assurera une gestion de projet de haut niveau, l'optimisation stratégique des ressources et l'amélioration globale des processus tout en impliquant les équipes multidisciplinaires et en intégrant la fonction méthodes et procédés de fabrication.

Votre impact

Superviser les projets d’amélioration et d’investissement du site de Québec tout en respectant les délais et les budgets.

Promouvoir et développer la culture Lean (Lean, Kaizen, 5S, DMS, Standard Work, SMED).

Identifier et proposer des projets d’amélioration continue afin de supporter l’atteinte des objectifs stratégiques du site en matière d’efficacité opérationnelles

Encadrer l’animation des ateliers Kaizen et assurer la gestion du changement

Organiser et superviser la maintenance pour réduire les interruptions de production.

Encourager l'innovation pour augmenter la productivité en usine.

Contribuer activement à la réalisation d’initiatives visant à améliorer la santé et la sécurité des opérations manufacturière.

Coordonner les activités des diverses ressources de son équipe.

Jouer un rôle clé dans la gestion de l'usine et contribuer à la stratégie annuelle, en mettant en œuvre des actions déterminantes pour atteindre nos objectifs.

Votre expérience

Baccalauréat en génie industriel ou tout autre domaine pertinent.

Minimum de 10 années d’expérience en amélioration continue et en gestion de projet à un niveau stratégique.

Expérience en gestion d’équipe

Expérience concrète dans la gestion simultanée de plusieurs projets

Anglais avancé (Compréhension, parlé et écrit).

Expérience dans un environnement syndiqué.

Expertise des principes et pratiques de production Lean.

Connaissance approfondie de la suite Office, AutoCAD, SAP et PowerBI (un atout).

Formation en méthodes et procédés de fabrication (souhaitée).

Certification Lean Black Belt (souhaitée).

The offer

Hitachi Energy is looking for a Manufacturing Engineering Director for its Quebec City plant. Under the responsibility of the Plant Director, the incumbent will provide high-level project management, strategic resource optimization and overall process improvement while involving multidisciplinary teams and integrating the manufacturing methods and processes function.

Your impact

Supervise the improvement and investment projects of the Quebec site while respecting deadlines and budgets.

Promote and develop Lean culture (Lean, Kaizen, 5S, DMS, Standard Work, SMED).

Identify and propose continuous improvement projects to support the achievement of the site’s strategic operational efficiency objectives

Supervise the animation of Kaizen workshops and manage change

Organize and supervise maintenance to reduce production interruptions.

Encourage innovation to increase factory productivity.

Actively contribute to initiatives to improve the health and safety of manufacturing operations.

Coordinate the activities of his/her team’s various resources.

Play a key role in plant management and contribute to the annual strategy, implementing decisive actions to achieve our objectives.

Your experience

Bachelor of Industrial Engineering or any other relevant field.

Minimum 10 years of experience in continuous improvement and project management at a strategic level.

Experience in team management

Practical experience in managing several projects simultaneously

Advanced English (Comprehension, spoken and written).

Experience in a unionized environment.

Expertise in lean production principles and practices.

In-depth knowledge of Office, AutoCAD, SAP and PowerBI suite (an asset).

Training in manufacturing methods and processes (desired).

Lean Black Belt certification (desired).
