Receptionist: Dog-Friendly Workplace (Part-Time, Flexible Mornings)
Location: Lucky Paws Dog Hotel # 155 XXXXXX Barlow TR NE
Job Type: Part-Time
Salary: Based on experience
We’re looking for a reliable and friendly Receptionist to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys the company of dogs, able to work independently, and has strong customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to client inquiries
Schedule appointments for clients and their dogs
Greet clients and assist with check-in/check-out
Provide facility tours and confidently answer customer questions
Perform light housekeeping to keep our space clean and welcoming
Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age or older
Previous customer service experience required
Fluent in English; understanding of Mandarin or Cantonese is an asset
Comfortable working around dogs and have basic knowledge of dog behavior and care
Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
Morning availability with flexible scheduling
