The Job:

HOYTS are looking for a natural leader to be our LUX Venue Manager and leave a lasting impression on our guests. Joining our Cinema Operations Team, you will drive customer satisfaction and experience, whilst maintaining our high standards. As the Manager, you will successfully lead a team and incite passion in our employees to go above and beyond. You will constantly look for a better way to do things and while no two days are the same, your duties will include:

Leading by example and providing excellent customer service
Rostering staff and managing performance
Managing daily operations to ensure profitability and achievement of KPIs
Overseeing events held in the LUX Lounge
Adherence to HR, WHS and Risk Management policies and laws
Orders, stocktake, and conflict resolution

About You:

We are looking for an experienced manager who is passionate about our industry. This role is very fast paced and needs a professional who can work under pressure. You will be team focused and have a genuine passion for delivering great guest experiences. We are looking for:

Management experience in the hospitality industry preferable
Availability to work during our peak periods including weekends and public holidays
Excellent communication skills with guests, employees and stakeholders
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask
RSA and understanding of food safety
A highly motivated individual with the ability to work unsupervised
