Job Title: Operations Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Operations Leader to oversee the end-to-end execution of residential interior projects. This role is critical to ensuring timely delivery, high-quality execution, and superior customer satisfaction across regions. The ideal candidate will come from the home interiors, construction, modular furniture, or related service sectors, with a proven track record in operations, team management, and process excellence.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead regional operations and ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of interior projects
• Own Customer Experience through out the customer journey
• Own project handover timelines, vendor coordination, workmanship quality and customer satisfaction metrics
• Build and manage teams including senior managers, project managers, site supervisors
• Collaborate with design, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Create, monitor, and improve SOPs to drive operational efficiency and scale delivery capacity
• Work closely with leadership on process excellence, cost optimization and customer success initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications
• 8–12 years of experience in operations, preferably in home interiors, real estate, construction, or related sectors
• People with experience in leadership role in operations in Startups can also apply
• Proven experience in scaling and managing large field teams and vendor networks
• Process-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on approach with an ability to work in fast-paced, execution-heavy environments
• Excellent communication and client-handling abilities

Educational Qualification
• Graduate in Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design (preferred)
• MBA or relevant management certification is a plus
