We’re seeking reliable, passionate, and energetic Early Childhood Educators (ECE) & ECEAsto join our team. The ideal candidate:
Brings a positive attitude and leaves outside issues at the door.
Values teamwork and collaboration.
Is excited to go above and beyond, taking initiative with food prep, room setup, or assisting with extra tasks.
Has a genuine love for the outdoors and enjoys exploring forests and trails daily.
Can create engaging learning spaces inspired by Waldorf and Reggio Emilia approaches.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
A valid Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate (BC Certified) Or ECEA
Current CPR-C and First Aid Certification.
Clear criminal record check.
Food Safe Certification (preferred) or willingness to obtain.
A strong interest in and love for outdoor education.

Your Role as an Educator
As part of our team, you’ll:
Create engaging and developmentally appropriate activities for children.
Foster a love for learning and curiosity through nature-based experiences.
Collaborate with your team to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
Set up creative learning spaces inspired by Waldorf and Reggio philosophies.
Actively participate in food prep and support our nutritious meal program.
Build strong relationships with families, children, and colleagues.
