The Role :
At Entytle, we are in a new category creation mode in the Industrial tech space which has been untouched by rapid new-age tech adoption. As a result, this space is ready for tech disruption & Entytle with its + years of experience is at the right place and the right time to scale rapidly in this space. A critical component of the Entytle scale story is its marketing engine. And as part of this team, the Sr Manager, Marketing would be at the forefront of defining a new category of tech product as well as leading from launch to scale of several new offerings. The Sr. Digital Marketer would conduct themselves in a manner consistent with the understanding of the customer, an empathetic mindset, and an ability to listen carefully to the market.
The Sr. Manager, Marketing would be responsible for filling the Top of the Funnel (TOFU) with Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and with an absolute emphasis on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). They will be required to learn the niche market that we work for as well as understand the buyer journey and their Jobs-To-Be-Done (JTBD). There is an existing strong execution team in place with whom the Sr Manager, Marketing would have to work on a daily basis and design+execute campaigns to drive results.
Other aspects of the role include communication and collaboration with multiple stakeholders (internal and external) to execute Go-To-Market motions for new launches. They will also be responsible for observing the market & understanding the upcoming and existing competition. Given the senior nature of the role, it’s expected that you would groom the team so the entire marketing ops can scale up.
The successful candidate will be a highly self-motivated and driven individual who is goal-oriented, methodical and tenacious, and can effectively interact with a team. This position has rapid advancement potential and reports into Head, Marketing. The role is based out of our Baner offices, Pune, Maharashtra.
Mission:
Fill the top of the sales funnel (TOFU) with qualified prospects for Entytle to achieve and exceed our new customer growth targets as well as grow our existing lines of business. Specifically, work closely with sales and product team to deploy and fine tune processes that make this repeatable and predictable.
Outcomes:
The ultimate outcome of the marketing team is to identify and qualify a sufficient number of prospects that can progress into a sales opportunity pipeline that is 4X of our annual growth target. As such, the Sr. Digital Marketer would have a target of generating a specific number of MQLs every quarter with the help of the broader marketing team.
Work/Educational Requirements:
• Desire to learn and succeed in enterprise-level SaaS marketing
• Preferably 5-8 year experience in marketing role in a SaaS environment
• Strong written and verbal skills with an ability to convey complex ideas simply
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, open floor and competitive environment
• A graduation/Post-Graduation degree in Marketing is preferred
• Prior successful marketing experience in a quota-achieving role preferred
• Hubspot proficiency is preferred. Other CRM knowledge can also be considered
• Knowledge of various digital marketing tools (specifically AI tools) would be a huge advantage
Key Responsibilities:
• Learn and execute proven processes to generate new sales opportunities through MQLs
• Understand our key market, demographic, and target persona to empathize with their line of work as well as understand their Jobs-To-Be-Done
• Conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns – including, but not limited to, marketing events, email campaigns, social media campaigns, PPC ads.
• Create a content pipeline as well as contribute content to drive SEO strategies, SERP, and all in all, aid discoverability of a new category of product
• Collaborate with existing marketing team members to drive results
• Manage and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets and proactively act on emerging trends
• Continually improve and innovate marketing processes for future team members
• Contribute to Go-To-Market strategies and launch new products/workflows/solutions along with the broader marketing team
