Job Title: E-commerce Marketing Executive
Role: Full-time, Work from office
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue specifically on e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Tira, Myntra Beauty, etc
• Optimize product listings to improve search visibility, conversion rates, and overall sales performance, including keyword research, product descriptions, images, and pricing strategies.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations on platforms, ensuring product listings are accurate, optimized, and visually appealing.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales performance across all e-commerce channels - pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and product placement optimization
• Amazon Sales Strategy: Specifically focus on developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy for the Amazon platform, leveraging insights, analytics, and best practices to drive revenue growth.
• Monitor inventory levels and sales velocity on each e-commerce platform, implementing strategies to ensure adequate stock availability, shipping stock timely and minimize out-of-stock situations.
• Analyze sales data, traffic metrics, and advertising performance on each e-commerce platform, providing regular reports and insights to management to evaluate performance and optimize strategies.
• Conduct regular competitor analysis on each e-commerce platform to identify trends, pricing strategies, and promotional tactics, with adjustments to the brand's sales and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, supply chain, and marketing, to align e-commerce initiatives with overall business objectives and maximize sales opportunities.
• Listing on other e-commerce and quick commerce platforms to grow the brand’s presence and drive revenue
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or business administration
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in driving e-commerce sales on platforms like - Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Tira, and Myntra Beauty
• Proficiency in each e-commerce platform's seller/merchant interfaces, including familiarity with inventory management, advertising tools, and reporting features.
• Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a multi-platform e-commerce environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
