CCEP has an exciting permanent full-time opportunity for a highly motivated Vending Merchandiser to support our busy Auckland Vending business.

Your Impact

The Vending Merchandiser ensures the successful operation of our unattended retail outlets by efficiently restocking machines, troubleshooting issues that could affect revenue, and maintaining high merchandising standards. Acting as regional cover, the VM fills in where needed to ensure continuous service and performance across the region.

Manage stock levels across assigned routes
Prioritise restocking visits to ensure max revenue
Machine testing including payment function
Identify opportunities to optimise mix, pricing and space allocation
Share insights with sales and support to boost route performance and identify vending placement opportunities
Ensure accurate pricing, inventory, cash handling, and theft prevention
Regularly test and maintain machines to diagnose faults and ensure performance
About You

You're a natural problem solver with strong commercial instincts and the drive to take on a hands-on role - setting you up for success from day one

Hands-on and tech-savvy – skilled in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, merchandising, and manual handling
Customer-focused operator – strong communication, service, and cash handling skills with retail and ideally FMCG exposure
Efficient and reliable – strong time management, planning, and attention to detail to keep operations running smoothly
Qualified and ready – Full driver’s license and a bonus if you have a trade or technical qualifications
