About the Role:
We’re seeking a creative, self-driven Social Media & Website Coordinator to manage digital content and drive engagement across four unique brands: a plant store, a disc golf retail shop, a theatre business, and a pickleball operation. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on managing multiple brand voices, loves crafting compelling content, and enjoys keeping websites and digital platforms fresh and aligned.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
Plan, create, and post engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms
Maintain distinct brand tones for each business while aligning with overarching company messaging
Respond to messages, comments, and customer inquiries across platforms
Develop and schedule posts in advance to maintain consistency across all accounts
Monitor social media analytics and adjust strategy to optimize engagement
Website Management
Update product listings, banners, and homepage content across all four business websites
Manage blog posts, events pages, and landing pages as needed
Ensure accurate, up-to-date information on hours, sales, policies, and featured items
Track website traffic and performance metrics using basic analytics tools
Coordinate with internal team to push new product launches, seasonal updates, and key promotions
Creative Content & Branding
Design simple graphics, photo posts, and promotional visuals using Canva or similar tools
Capture and edit on-brand photos and videos to showcase store activities, events, or products
Maintain brand consistency across digital channels
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in managing multiple social media accounts and/or websites
Strong writing skills and visual eye for creating engaging content
Basic understanding of website platforms (e.g., Shopify, Wix, or similar)
Comfort with scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer, etc.)
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Able to adapt voice and tone across different customer audiences and brand identities
Self-starter who works well independently and meets deadlines without heavy supervision
Bonus Points For:
Experience with small business branding or multi-brand coordination
Photography or videography skills for product and lifestyle content
Familiarity with SEO, basic analytics, or e-commerce site maintenance
Interest in one or more of our industries (plants, disc golf, theatre, pickleball)
