Job description, work day and responsibilities

As an intern at Walnut Publication, you will be responsible for working on manuscripts and content that are in the process of being published, ensuring they are typeset and formatted to be print-ready. Your duties will include reading and proofreading manuscripts, providing suggestions for improvement to enhance the quality of the content. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to engage with our authors on a regular basis, fostering collaboration and communication.

Furthermore, you will be required to utilize desktop publishing software such as Microsoft Word and Canva to assist in the publishing process. This hands-on experience will provide you with valuable skills in the field of publishing and editorial work.

Walnut Publication is a reputable publishing company with a strong track record of providing publishing services to authors worldwide. Since our establishment in July 2018, we have published over 1400 books in various genres and languages. Our services include editing, cover designing, distribution, and marketing support for our authors. Our dedicated team in India is based in Delhi NCR and Bhubaneswar, with plans for further expansion into other locations.
