Admission Counsellor Job Opportunity

Are you passionate about education and eager to make a difference in people's lives? We are seeking highly motivated Admission Counsellors to join our team.

As an Admission Counsellor, you will play a vital role in supporting prospective students through their journey of discovering and enrolling in our programs. Your primary responsibility will be to establish meaningful connections with learners, understand their needs, and effectively facilitate the enrollment process.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with assigned leads and initiate contact through a designated system
• Qualify leads by assessing their interest, needs, and eligibility for our programs
• Build rapport, credibility, and trust with leads through effective communication and active listening
• Schedule Video Counselling sessions with Admission Counsellors for qualified leads
• Coordinate schedules and ensure smooth communication between leads and Admission Counsellors to facilitate the enrollment process
• Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and follow-up activities in our CRM system

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Edtech-sales, preferably in Study Abroad

• Bachelor's degree or higher

• Ability to work a 6-day week

• Experience as an individual contributor

• Proven track record of meeting targets in previous roles

Desired Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication skills with fluency in English

• Ability to listen effectively, build trust with potential learners, and approach situations with patience and empathy

• Ability to persuade learners towards attending Video Counselling sessions to influence their enrollment decisions

• Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite & CRM management for administrative tasks and reporting requirements

Performance Indicators:

• Minimum 300 minutes of talk time over calls per day

• Schedule/book 5 Video Counselling sessions per day

• Connect with a minimum of 80% of your leads each day

• Consistently meet and exceed weekly revenue targets
