What Do You Need to Be Successful?
Minimum Cert III level qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) is essential.
Significant experience as a responsible person.
A valid WWCC
Training in Child Protection, Red Nose, and Food Safety (or willingness to obtain)
Knowledge of Child Safe Standards, NQF, and EYLF
A genuine love for early childhood education and a strong commitment to excellence in care and learning
