The Paralegal must be able to work independently, multi-task, and interact with the staff and clients in a courteous and professional manner
Two to four years’ paralegal experience

Excellent writing and editing skills
Ability to accurately process a variety of tasks and high volumes of work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Advanced knowledge of software applications including Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat Pro, NetDocs, WealthCounsel and other web-based applications

The ideal candidate for this position must be friendly, organized, and detail-oriented. The Paralegal must be able to work independently, multi-task, and interact with the staff and clients in a courteous and professional manner.

What will you do in this role?

The role will consist of supporting Council Baradel’s busy Estates & Trusts department focusing on the administration of estates and trusts, preparing accountings, assist with tax return preparation and other general support duties in the area of estate/trust administration.

What qualifications are required?
• Two to four years’ paralegal experience
• Paralegal Certificate preferred
• Analytical skills and strong attention to detail
• Excellent writing and editing skills
• Ability to accurately process a variety of tasks and high volumes of work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Advanced knowledge of software applications including Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat Pro, NetDocs, WealthCounsel and other web-based applications
