What you’ll do?
Plan and deliver a range of corporate events
Manage end-to-end logistics including venues, suppliers, and execution
Coordinate timelines, budgets, and event workflows
Maintain event calendar and oversee CRM communications
Track performance and report on outcomes
Collaborate with stakeholders and suppliers
Ensure brand and compliance standards are met
Provide on-site support and post-event follow-up
What we’re looking for?
Proven experience in events coordination, ideally in corporate settings
Strong multitasking skills with high attention to detail
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Highly organised with strong time management and problem-solving ability
Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused
Experience managing budgets and suppliers
Professional with a strong focus on client experience
