Position Overview
As an experienced Events Marketing Manager, you will lead our events marketing strategy and execution across India and the APAC region. This role is critical to building brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and supporting our sales teams through strategic event marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive events marketing strategy for India and APAC markets aligned with global marketing objectives.
Plan and manage 20+ events annually including trade shows, conferences, webinars, customer events, and partner summits.
Identify and evaluate new event opportunities to expand market presence and reach target audiences.
Create event marketing calendars and coordinate with global marketing campaigns and product launches.
Establish event ROI frameworks and success metrics to measure performance and optimize future events.
Event Execution & Management
Lead end-to-end event management from concept to post-event analysis including budgeting, logistics, and vendor coordination.
Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution and maximum ROI.
Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Regional Sales Directors.
Oversee booth design, promotional materials, giveaways, and brand presence at industry events.
Manage speaker programs, thought leadership opportunities, and executive participation in key events.
Digital & Virtual Events
Plan and execute virtual and hybrid events including webinars, product demos, and digital conferences.
Manage webinar platforms, registration systems, and virtual event technologies.
Coordinate with content marketing team to develop compelling event content and presentations.
Implement lead capture and nurturing strategies for virtual events.
Optimize virtual event experiences for engagement and conversion.
Vendor & Partner Management
Establish and manage relationships with event vendors, venues, and service providers across India and APAC.
Negotiate contracts, manage vendor performance, and ensure quality delivery of event services.
Build strategic partnerships with industry associations, media companies, and event organizers.
Coordinate with regional distributors and channel partners for co-marketing events.
Manage relationships with key industry influencers and thought leaders.
Lead Generation & Sales Support
Develop lead generation strategies for events and coordinate with demand generation team.
Implement lead capture processes and ensure seamless handoff to sales teams.
Create event-specific marketing materials, presentations, and sales collateral.
Provide sales teams with event insights, attendee data, and follow-up strategies.
Track and report on event-generated pipeline and revenue attribution.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Conduct market research to identify key events, competitors, and industry trends in India and APAC.
Analyze event performance metrics including attendance, lead quality, cost per lead, and ROI.
Create comprehensive post-event reports and recommendations for future events.
Monitor competitive activities and industry developments at events and conferences.
Provide market insights to inform product development and go-to-market strategies.
