Job Title: HR Generalist
Company: Feat Systems Pvt Ltd
Location: Dahisar East, Mumbai
Experience: 6 months – 2 years
Work Mode: Onsite

Job Summary

Feat Systems Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their HR career who is eager to get hands-on experience across a range of human resources functions within a fast-paced IT environment.

Responsibilities

Manage the entire employee lifecycle and HR operations
Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and exit formalities
Support and implement employee engagement and performance management initiatives
Maintain HR databases, personnel records, and ensure compliance with labor laws
Assist in developing and enforcing HR policies and procedures
Address employee queries and support internal HR processes
Requirements

6 months to 2 years of HR Generalist or core HR experience
Good knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and HR compliance
Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
