Post job advertisements and screen resumes for suitable candidates.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with applicants to facilitate smooth hiring processes.
Assist in reference checks, background verification, and onboarding formalities.
Maintain employee files, HR databases, and attendance records accurately.
Manage HRIS entries and ensure data integrity.
Prepare HR letters, experience certificates, relieving documents, salary statements, etc.
Pay salaries and benefits promptly and process payroll.
Collect attendance and leave data for accurate payroll processing.
Assist in PF, ESIC, gratuity, bonus, and other statutory compliance matters.
Handle employee queries regarding salary, benefits, and company policies.
Distribute HR communications, policies, and notices effectively.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee data and adhere to compliance regulations.
Conduct general HR operations and provide support as needed.
Assist with exit formalities, final settlements, and departing employees' documentation.
