Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for posting, screening, and shortlisting resumes from job portals, social networking sites, references, etc.
2. Responsible for conducting the initial level telephonic interviews to check the soft skills, technical skills & fitment as per the mandates
3. Coordinating with Managers and scheduling interviews.
4. Giving appropriate feedback to the candidate
5. Handling the post-interview activities, like sharing Employee Verification forms/links
6. Following up with the candidate until joining
7. Building professional relationships with managers and candidates and enhancing the network.
8. Negotiating Salary by coordinating with Managers as well as candidates.
+. Ensure smooth onboarding of candidates and solve their queries.
