Export Trainer & Export Operations Manager – Indian Products & Handicrafts
About Us
SwadesiExports is a practical Export Training institute dedicated to training and empowering individuals to enter the global export business for Indian products — including handicrafts, home décor, textiles, brassware, pottery, leather goods, and other GI-tagged products.
We are hiring a Master Export Trainer who will train our students and agent network while also being capable of handling full-scale export operations independently.

Our trainees need real-world export skills — not textbook theory.
We require an experienced professional who has successfully executed export orders and can teach:
How to find & close international buyers
How to manage the entire export process — from sourcing to delivery
How to comply with global trade regulations and documentation requirements
Key Responsibilities1. Training & Mentoring
Conduct daily live training (7:30 PM – 9:30 PM IST) on all aspects of exports.
Train students on:
Lead generation for Exports (online & offline)
Lead nurturing & follow-up techniques
Sales negotiation and closing deals
Incoterms 2020 and export payment methods
Provide hands-on guidance using actual export case studies.
Review trainee progress and help them achieve real buyer conversions.
2. Export Operations
Manage entire export cycle for Indian products:
Product sourcing from artisans, manufacturers, and clusters across India.
Sample creation and approvals.
Production coordination with timelines and quality standards.
Quality control and compliance checks before dispatch.
Packaging & labelling as per buyer and destination requirements.
Logistics & shipping coordination (LCL/FCL, air freight, sea freight).
Customs clearance and CHA coordination.
Payment collection and financial reconciliation.
Handle export documentation:
Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Proforma Invoice
Bill of Lading / Airway Bill
Certificate of Origin
Phytosanitary/Fumigation Certificate
Inspection Certificates
Insurance documents
RCMC, IEC, GST LUT/Bond filings
3. Buyer Acquisition Support
Guide trainees to use platforms like Alibaba, Global Sources, IndiaMART, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, trade directories, and B2B exhibitions.
Advise on approaching wholesalers, importers, distributors, and retailers in USA, Europe, Middle East, Australia, and Japan.
Support in final negotiations and order finalization.
Required Skills & Experience
(All are mandatory — do not apply if you lack any of these)
Minimum 5 years proven experience in real exports — successfully closed and executed multiple international orders.
Expert-level knowledge of:
International B2B sales and marketing
Lead generation and buyer qualification
Negotiation and deal closure strategies
Export product sourcing and merchandising
Production planning and vendor management
Export pricing and costing calculations
Export documentation and compliance
International shipping & logistics (LCL/FCL, air, sea)
Customs clearance process & CHA coordination
Quality control standards for handmade and manufactured products
Country-specific regulations (REACH, CPSIA, Prop65, ISPM-15, CE Mark, UKCA)
Export incentives (RoDTEP, Duty Drawback, MEIS)
HS Codes & product classification
Strong communication skills in English & Hindi.
Ability to train beginners with clear, simple explanations.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Work Timings & Mode
Core Hours for Training: 7:30 PM – 9:30 PM IST daily (online live sessions)
Flexible hours during the day for operations, coordination, and trainee support.
Location: Remote (India-based)

Have you personally handled and successfully completed end-to-end export orders — including buyer acquisition, negotiation, production coordination, export documentation, quality control, and international shipping — for Indian products or handicrafts (minimum 5 years of experience)?
ave you personally generated international B2B buyer leads for exports using online platforms (e.g., Alibaba, Global Sources, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, B2B directories) and converted them into confirmed export orders?
Do you have experience in training or mentoring individuals on the complete export process — from finding buyers and closing deals to managing production, quality checks, and shipment?
Have you personally prepared and managed all required export documentation (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading/AWB, Certificate of Origin, Fumigation Certificate, LUT/Bond, RCMC, IEC) and ensured compliance with international trade regulations?
Have you coordinated with freight forwarders, CHA agents, and logistics companies to plan and execute international shipments (both LCL/FCL and air freight) for confirmed export orders?
