What We Do
First things first—what is No Fluff?
We’re the agency that cuts through the marketing nonsense. While others focus on buzzwords, we focus on what truly matters: understanding your customers and what drives them to buy. It’s consumer psychology that meets real results. If you're tired of the usual corporate fluff and want to work where real impact matters, we should talk.
Brief Job Description:
Graphic Designer Wanted: Creativity with Purpose
We're not just making things look good—we're making them work.
NoFluff is on the hunt for a Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life across Amazon and other digital platforms. You’ll work from concept to execution, collaborating with our creative team to craft high-impact visuals that engage, convert, and tell a story. While you’ll work across digital platforms, a majority of your responsibilities will be focused on Amazon content creation and e-commerce visuals.
If you're detail-obsessed, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and know how to balance creativity with strategy, we want to hear from you.
What you will be doing:
The Day-to-Day Magic:
Amazon-first design execution:
- Design scroll-stopping Amazon content, including main images, lifestyle photos, infographics, comparison charts, and A+ modules.
- Apply a strong understanding of Amazon’s design policies and visual guidelines to ensure compliance.
- Deliver mobile-optimised content that balances product clarity with visual storytelling.
Advanced visual skills:
- Confident using Photoshop, Illustrator, and the Adobe Creative Suite, including the latest AI tools for resizing, retouching, and productivity.
- Strong grasp of colour systems—primary, secondary, and accent palettes.
- Quick at updating source files for ongoing campaigns or design variants.
- Skilled in realistic product recolouring when photography isn’t available, using renderings or digital edits.
- Excellent at managing white space, balance, and focal points to create clear, conversion-focused designs.
Creative adaptability:
- Able to follow brand guidelines while exploring new layouts and storytelling formats.
- Comfortable working without exact direction, maintaining cohesive and brand-aligned visuals.
- Capable of interpreting and evolving branding systems across products and categories.
Collaboration and organisation:
- Work cross-functionally with brand managers and copywriters to align design with campaign strategy.
- Maintain organised working files and shared asset libraries.
- Open to feedback, with a willingness to test new formats and iterate based on performance.
The Big Picture Stuff:
- Think bigger, design smarter – Contribute to impactful visual strategies across digital platforms under creative guidance
- Understand the "why" – Support campaigns with visuals that align with broader marketing objectives
- Stay curious – Observe what performs well and refine designs based on data and feedback
- Optimise for performance – Create designs that not only look great but also convert
- Design across platforms – Tailor assets for Amazon, Instagram, Facebook, , and more
- Create cohesive themes – Help build strong content calendars with consistent, engaging visuals
- Lead with curiosity – Stay ahead of design trends and competitor strategies
Requirements:
- A portfolio that speaks volumes—show us your best work in e-commerce design, particularly Amazon listing or A+ content.
- Flexibility to work with international client timings, we need someone who can adapt to different time zones when required.
- Experience designing for Amazon and other e-commerce platforms.
- Understanding of Amazon image guidelines and platform compliance
- Strong understanding of brand identity, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to make light edits and enhancements using Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator, such as text overlays, lighting adjustments, and placing products in lifestyle backgrounds.
- A sharp eye for aesthetics, details, and audience engagement.
- Communication skills that are clear, direct, and effective—NoFluff.
- The ability to work methodically, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects at once.
- A degree in Mass Media, Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset, because we need go-getters, not hand-holders.
Work Hours: 2 PM – 10 PM IST, with flexibility for international client coordination.
Work Mode: This is a fully remote role.
