Job description, work day and responsibilities
Stakeholders in upholding and enhancing the Brand Image and Customer service Standards.
Complete Knowledge about the product wrt. Fabrics, Brands, Styles, Sizes in One's section, and style availability of merchandise, new product launches in the store.
Responsible for upholding the aesthetics and Visual appeal of the category through effective displays and compliance of the visual merchandising Standards.
Assists customers, communicates fashion trends, and assesses needs by responding to customer cues. Investigates the dormant needs assists in making the rights buying choices (Suggestive selling, Cross Selling and Add-on Sales).
Contributes in expanding the membership base of the organization by educating customers on benefits of Loyalty Card.
Aware about the slow movers and Fast Movers in his/ her category.
Maintains a comprehensive customer database including requirements.
Inventory management and control through ensuring 100% compliance of Standard Operation Procedure.
Complies with all loss prevention and safety policies and procedures.
Complies with all rules and Regulations, discipline and grooming standards of the organization.
Supports a team environment that assists all customers.
