As a Regional Finance Business Partner, you’ll work closely with the Senior Regional Finance Business Partner and play a central role in supporting leaders across our business with robust commercial insight, financial modelling, and performance guidance.

What will you be doing?
Business partnering with regional leadership to provide expert financial support, insight and challenge
Leading budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes for your assigned region
Supporting the evaluation of new initiatives, tenders and government-funded projects
Tracking benefit realisation on electric vehicle investments and other strategic projects
Presenting regular financial reports and dashboards to leadership, highlighting performance vs. plan
Supporting the identification and delivery of cost-saving initiatives
Collaborating with the Senior Regional Finance Business Partner and contributing to central aggregation of reports and budgets
Working closely with Management Accountants and Financial Controllers to ensure strong controls and accurate reporting

What do you need to apply?
A qualified accountant with commercial finance experience in a large or complex organisation
A confident communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling (advanced Excel skills essential)
A self-starter who can manage competing priorities and work at pace
Comfortable with capital and operational project finance, and experienced in supporting business cases
A collaborative mindset and desire to work as part of a high-performing, purpose-led finance team
