About the role
You will form an integral part of the Finance team, reporting to the Finance Manager. You will gain exposure to a fast-paced and continuous improvement focused business, where your ideas are encouraged and valued.
Analyse project costs, financial performance, and variances from budget
Monitor project costs and ensure that all expenses are properly allocated and recorded
Cashflow management – ensuring accurate cash flow forecasting & tracking of payment terms and outstanding accounts receivable to ensure timely payments
Own the Fixed Asset Register
Perform monthly bank reconciliations, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and balanced
Post journal entries related to monthly transactions, including accruals, prepayments, and payroll
Perform monthly credit card & fuel card reconciliations
Assist with internal and external audits to ensure financial accuracy and transparency
About you
You are a Financial Accountant who has a keen eye for process improvement and who thrives in a collaborative environment. We offer structured training, with exposure to multi-country business practices and growing entities.
Tertiary Accounting qualification and CPA/CA
Ideally proficient in NetSuite and advanced Excel skills
Thrives in a diverse and global environment
Proactive approach senior stakeholder management and problem solving
