Slick Rock Tanning & Spa is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to drive brand growth and market presence by developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that enhance customer engagement, attract new clients, and boost membership sales
The Marketing Manager will lead omnipresent marketing campaigns across paid media, client engagement initiatives, events, and in-store promotions, ensuring consistent messaging and high-impact results across all channels and locations
The goal is to elevate the brand’s visibility, attract and convert new clients, increase membership enrollments, and foster customer loyalty through strategic planning, creative execution, and data-driven decision-making
Utilize an omnichannel approach to drive new client acquisition, membership upgrades, and revenue growth from existing clients across multiple store locations

Use CRM and marketing automation tools to track lead interactions, segment audiences, and optimize campaign performance
Achieve a specific return on investment (ROI) for paid media campaigns, ensuring that advertising spend is optimized for maximum impact and cost-efficiency
Track and assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies through key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting tools
Provide regular, detailed reports on campaign performance, client acquisition, and membership sales, with actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES

KEY COMPETENCIES
