What You'll Do
As a member of our consulting team, you’ll work alongside some of the world’s top minds on cases that reshape business, government, and society. You’ll collaborate on challenging projects with team members from many backgrounds and disciplines, increasing your understanding of complex business problems from diverse perspectives and developing new skills and experience to help you at every stage of your career—at BCG and beyond.
Consulting work is varied and rigorous, much of it performed at our client sites. Projects can vary in length, size, and location, depending on the client’s challenge. Because our clients operate all over the world, you may travel internationally.
BCG is seeking talented candidates for Junior Consultant and Consultant roles. Your application will be considered for the level that best aligns with your background and experience, and we will continue to evaluate the appropriate level throughout the formal interview process.
Junior Consultant
As a Junior Consultant, you will work alongside case team members and with clients, drawing on their business knowledge to help drive analysis.
As you acquire successful experience on projects and assignments, you will be given end-to-end responsibility for the delivery of project workstreams.
You will need at least three years of full-time work experience to join as an Experienced Professional at the Junior Consultant level.
