Summary
We are seeking a contract Graphic Designer to join our creative team. You will design a variety of materials all while adhering to our employer value proposition and brand standards. This includes presentations and educational materials, print and digital advertising, social media campaigns, event signage and flyers, website visuals and video content. Reporting to the Manager of Brand and Creative Services, you will work on a variety of short-term and long-term projects with our marketing team and vendor partners.
The ideal candidate is a proactive individual, who is able to process, react to and solve problems as they arise on tight deadlines in a team environment. The candidate should also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with marketing team and management to implement effective creative in support of talent engagement activities.
Learn, understand, and deploy the Employer Value Proposition in all materials supporting candidate and employee experience.
Create, layout and revise deliverables using established style guides, templates and branding guidelines.
Support the buildout and set up of self-service creative materials and templates.
Consult and advise marketing team and partners on creative solutions to requests.
Working with manager, prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines.
Finalize all artwork, electronic files and prepare for production.
Support creative work of vendors, troubleshoot production related issues.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Minimum one to three years of demonstrated design experience
Experience with website design and updates
Proficient in Adobe CC applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier, Acrobat
