Role includes, but not limited to:
Engage and uphold the Aria brand across all media, ensuring content is updated correctly and consistently.
Prepare marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, newsletters, construction updates across all teams including Property Development, Property Management, Aria Foundation, Aria Living, Commercial and Construction Team.
Assist to create and coordinate Aria's social media presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
Prepare event collateral including invitations, menu lists, name tags, personalized gifts, for internal and external events and clients. Set up and attend events in multiple locations if required.
Support team members in setting up digital presentations on LED screens and video conferencing across multiple sites.
Implement branding across multiple buildings sites including signage, elevator notices, construction hoarding and window decals.
Liaise and manage relationships with suppliers for brochures, signage, gifts, IT support and website design.
Assist the Design, Sales and Development team as required in all aspects of the business.
Our ideal candidate:
A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design and/or Marketing.
Excellent knowledge of graphic design, digital platforms and technology.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Proficient in programs: Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Website Updates, Facebook, Instagram, Campaign Monitor, Vimeo and other relevant systems.
Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory.
Agile and responsive to frequent changes, our projects change quickly as the market requires.
Provide portfolio / website with examples of work.
Experience in property is an advantage, but not necessary.
Proactive team player with a can-do attitude and willing to assist in all aspects of business.
Dependable and hardworking with excellent organisational skills.

Preferred skills and qualifications
Three or more years of experience in professional graphic design, preferably with a creative or marketing agency
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related discipline
Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript
Knowledge of WordPress and content management systems
Social media and copyright experience advantageous
Photography experience and proficiency with photo-editing software
