Content Development @ ZET
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Content Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and crafting high-quality content for various marketing communication channels, including product marketing, performance marketing campaigns and social media. This role offers an immense opportunity to influence the lives of millions of people in India through impactful and meaningful content. If you are passionate about content creation, understand the nuances of target audience engagement and can collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and create high-quality content for product marketing communication (push notifications, SMS, email campaigns, in-app pop-ups), performance marketing campaigns (meta & near ads), social media and more.
- Write clear, engaging and persuasive content that resonates with our target audience.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to understand content requirements and ensure timely delivery.
- Manage the content pipeline, ensuring all content is on schedule and meets quality standards.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to other team members to enhance the quality and effectiveness of their content work.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to produce compelling content that aligns with our brand voice and goals.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into content creation.
Requirements:
- Excellent writing skills in both long and short formats.
- Proficiency in English and Hinglish; proficiency in Hindi is a plus.
- Proven experience in content writing, preferably in the fintech or related industry.
- Strong understanding of content management and coordination.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and internal teams.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and guidance to team members.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality content.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices is a plus.
- Must be dynamic, innovative, passionate and driven to contribute to the financial empowerment of billions of Indians.
- Accustomed to dealing with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
