Summary

As a Contract Vendor Analyst/Specialist at Imperial Health Holdings, you will play a vital role in managing relationships with our healthcare vendors to ensure quality service delivery and compliance with our standards. This position is essential for maintaining our commitment to exceptional care and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare vendors to ensure alignment with company goals.
Review that invoices match with current contracts on file
Use VLOOKUP and pivot tables to review invoices and contracts
Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to secure favorable terms for the organization.
Analyze invoices
Requirements

Proven experience in vendor management or a related field within the healthcare industry.
Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
Knowledge of health information management practices is preferred.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions regarding vendor performance.
