Help Desk Manager Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Help Desk Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving technical issues, and ensuring seamless operations.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Prioritize and manage facilities' needs, working closely with the facilities manager and assistant facilities manager.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring all administrative functions and facility services are covered.
• Identify areas for continuous improvement and implement changes.
• Answer phone calls and emails, provide assistance to customers, and raise tickets/reports as needed.
• Closure of helpdesk complaints, keeping track of daily updates, and following up on ticket closure.
• Monitor property supplies, ensuring adequate stocks and materials for smooth operations.
• Manage supply and service contracts as approved by clients.
• Participate in emergency evacuation procedures, crisis management, and business continuity plans.
• Stay on top of health and safety issues, actively participating in reviews.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• Strong knowledge: Facility/building/property operations, occupational safety, client-centric operations.
• Experience: At least 3-5 years in facilities management, degree or diploma in hotel management or building management.
• Skills: Excellent people skills, ability to interact with various clients and staff, strong PC literacy, ability to manage daily activities using systems.
• Demonstrated experience: Continuous improvement initiatives, client reporting, preparation of reports.
