Responsibilities:
• Taking inbound, pre-qualified sales calls – No cold calling, no prospecting. Every lead you speak with has already shown interest in working with us.
• Building rapport & establishing trust – Remodelers trust us to help them grow, and your role is to ensure they see the value in our system.
• Consultative selling – Asking the right questions to understand their business, pain points, and goals, then showing them how our system delivers results.
• Handling objections with confidence – Addressing concerns and guiding potential clients toward making the right decision.
• Following up strategically – If a lead doesn’t close on the first call, you’ll follow up via phone and SMS to ensure they don’t slip through the cracks.
• Closing deals & driving revenue – Your main goal is to convert interested prospects into paying clients and earn commissions on each sale.
• Meet and exceed performance metrics and revenue goals
• Work within a tight-knit, high-energy team that values hard work and excellence
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven sales experience – B2B, agency sales, home services, or high-ticket closing experience is a huge plus.
• Strong communication & persuasion skills – You know how to lead a conversation, build trust, and drive action.
• Objection handling expertise – You don’t back down when a lead hesitates; you find a way to move them forward.
• Follow-up mastery – You understand that fortune is in the follow-up, and you don’t let warm leads go cold.
• Results-driven & competitive – You thrive in a performance-based role where your effort directly impacts your earnings.

Work Schedule:
We are hiring for two shift options (Eastern Time):
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
