Roles & Responsibility
Respond to inquiries from prospective students via phone, email, and in-person meetings, providing accurate information about our courses, admission requirements, and enrollment procedures.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective students, offering ongoing support and assistance to address their questions, concerns, and challenges.
Collaborate with the admissions team to develop strategies for attracting and converting leads, including organizing informational sessions, webinars, and other outreach activities.
Track and analyze data related to student inquiries, applications, and conversions, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to inform counseling strategies and enhance the student experience.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, or related field.2+ years of experience in education counseling or admissions, preferably in a higher education setting.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds and effectively convey complex information.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
4. A proactive and results-driven mindset, with a passion for helping students achieve their academic and career goals. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel preferred.
