Job description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Executive – HR Operations to oversee Performance Management System (PMS), attendance management, salary processing, increments, and promotions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR operations, ensuring smooth execution of HR policies and employee lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Performance Management System (PMS), including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback processes.
• Oversee employee attendance management and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Handle salary processing, ensuring accurate payroll execution and compliance with statutory requirements.
• Manage increments and promotions as per company policies and performance evaluations.
• Work closely with senior management and department heads for workforce planning and HR decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, compensation policies, and HR best practices.
• Maintain HR databases, reports, and analytics for decision-making.
• Address employee queries related to salary, attendance, and performance reviews.
Key Skills & Requirements:
• Strong experience in HR operations, particularly in PMS, payroll, and employee lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS software for data management and reporting.
• Excellent knowledge of attendance management, salary processing, increments, and promotions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
