Job Title: Junior HR Executive (Female Only)
Location: Connaught place
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month
Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years
Qualification: Any Graduation (Minimum 85% aggregate)

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Junior HR Executive to join our team. This role is strictly for female candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end hiring and talent acquisition for various departments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle the complete recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases regularly.
• Follow up with selected candidates until joining and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Assist the HR Manager with additional administrative and documentation tasks as needed.

Requirements:
• Female candidates only
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in recruitment
• Must have scored more than 85% in graduation (Any stream)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and hiring platforms
• Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets
