Job Description: Position Overview: We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced human resource manager to oversee all human resource aspects of our organization. The HR Manager will be responsible for providing strategic guidance, supervision and management of all HR functions such as hiring, compensation, benefits, training and development, employee relations, performance management, human resource policies, and compliance with federal and state regulations. The HR Manager will work closely with the management team to ensure that the organization's human resource needs are met. Main Duties and Responsibilities: - Develop and implement human resource strategies, policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and values - Lead and manage the talent acquisition process from sourcing, recruitment, selection to onboarding new hires - Manage and oversee employee benefits, compensation, and payroll functions - Develop and implement employee training and development programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge - Oversee employee performance management, including performance evaluations, coaching, discipline, and termination - Manage and resolve employee relations issues and promote a positive workplace culture - Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations - Maintain and update the organization's employee handbook, record keeping, and HR information system - Manage and supervise HR staff, consultants, and vendors - Collaborate with the management team to meet organizational goals and values Qualifications: - Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - 5+ years of experience in human resources management preferably in a similar industry - Knowledge of Federal and State labor laws and regulations - Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills - Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently or as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems We offer a competitive salary, health benefits, retirement plan, and a great work environment.
