We are currently seeking a dedicated HR and Office Administrator to become a valuable part of our team located in Nagpur. As an HR and Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing various aspects of human resources and office management to ensure smooth operations.
Your responsibilities will include developing and executing recruitment strategies, crafting job descriptions and advertisements, screening and interviewing potential candidates, facilitating new employee orientations, managing the onboarding process, and supervising the day-to-day functions of the office. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining office supplies, ensuring the functionality of office equipment, coordinating with vendors for repairs and maintenance, and upholding the cleanliness and organization of the office space. Providing administrative assistance to senior management will also be part of your duties.
To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 3 months to 2 years of experience in HR or administrative positions. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as you will be interacting with employees at all levels. Your attention to detail, organizational abilities, and aptitude for multitasking in a fast-paced environment will be crucial.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems is required, and you must demonstrate the capacity to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
