About the Role
We're seeking a dynamic sustainability leader to shape the next phase of growth for our New Zealand business.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone with a consulting background who understands the sustainability landscape in Aotearoa and is motivated to deliver meaningful impact across the infrastructure and property sectors. You'll work closely with senior leadership in New Zealand and be supported by the broader ESG team across Australia and New Zealand.
Your focus will be on growing sustainability services with our existing project consulting clients, while also identifying and pursuing new market opportunities. This is a chance to influence projects at a strategic level and help clients embed sustainability at the heart of what they do.
We'd love to hear from candidates in Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch but are open to almost all locations around Aotearoa.
About You
You'll thrive in this role if you:
Have 10+ years' experience in environment and sustainability consulting (or adjacent industries)
Bring proven expertise across infrastructure and property projects
Are well connected in the NZ market and can leverage networks across industry, government, and professional bodies
Have a strong grasp of ESG trends and tools, including decarbonisation, circularity, and climate strategy
Bring a commercial mindset and track record of identifying, shaping, and securing work
Are a natural collaborator, able to integrate ESG thinking into both advisory and project delivery
