Job Requirements:

1.5 Years Experience is must.
Must have experience in IT Recruitment
Good knowledge in technologies.
Only (Female Candidates).
General Responsibilities and Objectives:

Develop, monitor, control project scope, organise & recruit global resources, manage cost, time and quality.
Develop a Project Management Plan from Concept to Final Release Phase.
Effectively report on Projects, including accurate, effective and efficient project document control and record management.
Providing a Project Coordination Function and managing a team effectively.
Development of an investment business case throughout the front-end planning of a project.
Collation of all reports (quality, H&S, progress, issues, etc.) into a full project report to keep up to date on progress of all aspects of the projects.
Cooperate with the account managers and keep the updates of the projects.
Manage the resources for the project from start to end.
Since, it’s an IT industry whenever there is a requirement you are expected to be available and work for the global projects.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

General management skills.
Integrity, respect, honesty and trustworthiness.
Good knowledge in Excel
Excellent MS Office skills & PPT is a must.
Self-disciplined and able to self-manage and set goals
HR management and global recruitments (understanding of legislation and procedures)
Presentation and meeting facilitation skill.
Report writing and document management.
