What’s on offer?
We are seeking an experienced and energetic HSEQ Manager to complement our existing team and support our expanding long-term program of works in the SA Utilities sector. Based in Dulwich, you will lead a dedicated and high-performing HSEQ team supporting the delivery of a diverse portfolio of multidisciplined construction projects, including earthworks, treatment plants, large-scale pipelines, pump stations and concrete structures.

In this role you'll be responsible for:
Reinforcing and driving the business HSEQ strategy from the ground up and tailoring HSEQ strategy to align with client requirements
Providing HSEQ leadership, ensuring compliance with legislative, client and internal management system requirements
Day to day management of a high functioning HSEQ team
Engaging with senior cross-functional leaders to drive integrated business outcomes
Streamlining systems and processes to meet program risk profile and client requirements
Liaising and reporting directly with client HSEQ personnel to ensure requirements and expectations are exceeded
Lead critical investigations and oversee all incident management requirements.
How you'll connect to the role:
Relevant Qualification in Health, Safety, Environment or Quality related discipline
Hold a relevant Lead Auditing Qualification (preferably ICAM lead investigator) and be an expert in accredited safety systems and incident investigation
Relevant experience in the industrial construction industry, preferably Water/Wastewater
Proficient user of the Microsoft Office Suite in particular Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Teams
Proficient in report writing, presentations and client facing interactions
Proven ability to lead, develop, engage, coach and foster relationships at all levels of an organisation
