Job Overview As a Human Resource at Alacer Consulting Services Pvt Ltd, you will play a vital role in managing the HR functions of our organization. This includes recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and employee development. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and supporting the overall well-being of our employees. Qualifications And Skills • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field • 1-3 years of experience in HR • Knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and procedures • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proficient in MS Office applications Roles And Responsibilities • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition • Handle employee relations matters, including resolving conflicts, addressing grievances, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures • Support the performance management process by conducting performance appraisals, setting goals, and providing feedback to employees • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures • Manage and maintain employee records and HR databases • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge • Stay updated on HR best practices and legal requirements to ensure compliance • Contribute to the overall HR strategy and initiatives
