About the Position

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing HR operations within a manufacturing environment.

This role requires dynamic leadership to oversee comprehensive HR operations, drive efficient recruitment, champion process improvements, and foster positive employee relations across functions.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage all aspects of HR operations including administration, payroll, statutory compliance, audits, and HR process optimization.
• Direct end-to-end recruitment processes for both technical and non-technical positions, delivering efficient talent acquisition in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Champion HR processes and initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness, drive process automation, and maintain best-in-class standards.
• Ensure full adherence to compliance and audit requirements, monitor labor law updates, and maintain statutory records.
• Oversee employee relations, resolve grievances, and develop strategies to maintain a collaborative work climate and high engagement across various levels.
Required Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in human resources or related fields. Minimum of 10 years' experience managing HR operations in a manufacturing setup is required.
