Human Resources Business Partner Opportunity

• Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our organization. This role involves partnering with business managers to drive emerging people-related topics, facilitating all people processes, and building internal business partnerships to foster a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with business managers to act on emerging people-related topics, including organizational culture, employee experience, and talent management.
• Enable Employee Engagement Experience by facilitating regular voice of employee sessions and planning actions to develop a diverse, robust talent pipeline aligned with our strategy.
• Provide advice and direction to managers and employees on performance management, employee relations, recruitment, succession planning, compensation, compliance, training & development, and organizational design.
• Partner with leadership teams to build need-based organizational capability, identify needs for change management, and execute related activities with COE teams.
• Provide perspective on business needs and requirements to COE teams in HR and work with them to optimize results and guide the business on HR programs, processes, and policies based on the business environment/strategy.
Requirements:
• Masters degree in HR or related field.
• At least 6-8 years of relevant HRBP experience.
• Background with employment law is an added advantage.
• Adaptable within a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience working in a global company.
• Capable of handling multiple projects/initiatives simultaneously and executing to completion.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and maintain excellent interpersonal skills.
