The Role
Our client, a leading financial services firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Manager – HRIS & Governance Lead with expertise in Workday Solutions. This individual will be responsible for leading architectural design, governance, compliance, and system integrity across Workday modules, ensuring scalable and future-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Solution Architecture & Design
• Lead the architectural design of Workday tenant configurations.
• Ensure alignment with business needs and enterprise requirements.
• Develop scalable, future-proof solutions across Workday modules.
• Governance & Compliance
• Establish and maintain governance frameworks for configuration changes.
• Manage security design and access controls to meet compliance standards.
• Conduct regular audits and maintain documentation (decision logs, configuration inventories, etc.).
• System Integrity & Change Management
• Oversee change processes across production, sandbox, and implementation tenants.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through governance policies and monitoring.
• Reporting & Analytics
• Create and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and analytics for leadership insights.
