About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and detail-oriented Human Resource Trainee with 6 months to 1 year of prior experienceincluding internshipsto support our HR & Talent Acquisition functions. This role is designed to provide hands-on exposure across diverse HR activities, excluding interview conduction, while building strong foundational HR skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Email Poaching & Candidate Outreach
• Send targeted, professional poaching messages to potential candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, and other platforms.
• Manage communication flow and maintain consistent follow-ups.
2. Application Management
• Share job postings across portals and encourage candidate applications.
• Organize incoming applications and ensure proper routing for further evaluation.
3. Initial Screening & Shortlisting
• Conduct basic eligibility checks and first-level screening based on job requirements.
• Evaluate resumes and shortlist candidates for hiring teams.
4. Referral Management
• Handle employee referral submissions and maintain referral trackers.
• Ensure timely communication with referral candidates.
5. Vendor Coordination
• Work with external recruitment vendors for profile sourcing.
• Share JDs, manage submissions, follow up, and track vendor productivity.
6. Database Maintenance
• Maintain internal candidate databases and talent pipelines.
• Update tracking sheets/ATS records and ensure accuracy across candidate stages.
7. Recruitment Operations Support
• Support the HR team with recruitment coordination and backend activities.
• Prepare daily/weekly trackers, MIS reports, and documentation.
• Maintain strong communication within the HR team to ensure process flow.
Requirements
• 6 months to 1 year of experience (internship experience is accepted).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good understanding of basic recruitment processes.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet timelines.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Sheets.
