Job description, work day and responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field. They should be comfortable onboarding new candidates and collecting necessary background information as well as assisting current team
The learning journey for people oriented enthusiasts keen on developing understanding about Human Resource Management and eager to practically implement excellent communication skills, assist HR function for the region. The responsibilities include understanding requirements, talent acquisition, establishing convention with Universities, conducting campus drives, engaging team, monitoring, filing HR documents accordingly, initiating background checks on shortlisted candidates, and providing suitable recommendations to prepare and improve HR function.
The position is categorized under "Internship" as it's part of Innovative Internship Program (IIP) that's 480 hours internship. It may successfully be converted into a leadership role after completion.
To ensure success, an HR intern should display excellent organizational skills, good time-management skills, and the ability to optimize time.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, make appointments, arrange travel schedules, prepare agendas, and other general assistance as required for one or more C-Level officers
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls of a complex nature, delegating those that can be handled by executive subordinates
• Perform potentially confidential and complex administrative duties involving Excel, Word and PowerPoint including typing letters, creating/updating spreadsheets, and compiling presentations
• Provide project management and maintain momentum on high-priority projects where needed, including social media platforms
• Maintain records and all legal documentation as well as the on-time delivery of mail and customer correspondence.
• Represent RisingIndia ThinkTank / TreeAndHumanKnot in meetings and social events
• Exhibit a strong attention to detail, ability to adapt to daily schedules and routines, and a focus on efficiency without sacrificing quality
• Available to offer support outside of normal business hours when needed
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Experience supporting a high-level executive in a fast paced, start-up environment
• Ability to participate in developing project scope, managing project schedules, and following up with stakeholders of all appropriately.
• Degrees are not important but strong communication skills with attention to detail and a high level of organizational skills.
• Have initiative in resolving problems and be an independent worker, with enthusiasm and an energetic approach to work

Incumbent on completion of IIP if mutually decided to be taken on leadership role may be beyond regular pattern of getting monthly salary and be taken as a part of company's profit share holder to work towards your much bigger dreams. On the basis of your contribution you would be considered for equity shareholding (or ESOP) post successful completion of 480 hours of internship
Please note that there will not be any remuneration during the period of IIP, therefore people with entrepreneurial zeal should only apply
