Inside Sales Refrigeration Specialist

Kerr Controls Ltd. (Kerr) is a leading distributor of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration Equipment and Supplies. We have an immediate opening for a dynamic, dedicated and highly motivated Inside Sales representative with experience in refrigeration.


We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Refrigeration Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of commercial refrigeration products. You will be responsible for supporting and growing our customer base, generating sales leads, and providing exceptional customer service. This position has direct sales responsibility throughout Atlantic Canada. The ideal candidate can be located in any of the Atlantic Provinces or Ontario.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate sales in commercial refrigeration equipment and related supplies.
Maintain and support relationships with existing and potential customers within the refrigeration industry.
Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs, including product recommendations and pricing information.
Maintain regular contact with customers via email, text, phone and in person.
Stay up to date on industry trends, product developments, and competitors to effectively position our products in the market.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience working in commercial refrigeration-related equipment sales or service.
Training and/or education in refrigeration systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction are required.
Intermediate level computer skills with a focus in MS Office suite
Ability to travel as required.
Willing to participate in both technical and professional training.
